So it is a functional game stop, small, but well stocked. Now the cashier....its a younger gentlemen....he is something else. When asked if we wanted to donate to autism foundation we said no, simply because we have no idea where that money is going (CEO pockets, or company parties) he said we offended him. Well guess what, I'm offended that you thought that was ok to say. Everyone asks to donate to one cause or another, and I have been affected by autism myself. However you dont give your personal feelings out as you are checking out a paying customer. It was rude honestly. Then when calling to see if they had a connection for a wii we said we were looking for a new connection, he said he was looking for a new life. I hate my job too, but stop putting that as your customers problems. Game stop is going out of business and still got the nerve to be extra on transactions. Convinced us to get a membership and was upset we didn't donate. Look buddy, I truly get it, but you need to be more professional. Seriously. Dont guilt trip your customers. It bothered me a lot and I want others to know, dont let him convince you to do anything you dont want to. Keep your personal life...
   Read moreWelp! Thatâs the last time Iâll go by Gamestop⊠came by this evening to purchase a game for my 4 year oldâs birthday. The guy running the store seemed a bit edgy when dealing with the customer in front of us in line. When we handed him the game card to purchase, he started literally talking smack about us using a game card instead of the physical copy. Then, after letting him go through the script of why I should renew my membership, I politely declined. He then proceeded to start cursing under his breath and walked to the other side of the counter. After a few seconds of this, he told me go ahead and pay. Then, after reluctantly handing me the receipt and highlighting the code on it. He immediately went to the back of the store and started punching stuff like crazy back there freaking everyone including my birthday boy out. Also, he never stopped cursing and talking crazy under his breath during the whole transaction. Us and another family immediately, took off out of the store and more than likely will never return again, honestly. Sticking to buying my games in the online...

I came at around 6pm to buy some PokĂ©mon cards and while checking out she kept on trying to sell me on the Pro membership, something I told her right away that I was not interested in buying. I wish I was kidding when I say she proceeded to try pushing it onto me like five times throughout the checkout and even asked if I consider myself a âserious collectorâ, hinting that I wasnât since I didnât have the membership. The question was poorly worded and I get wanting to sell the memberships, Iâve worked retail as well but what part of no means no is not being understood???
