Where do I begin? How is the place still open? Why are people still buying here? Every single time most of the workers there have a disgusting attitude. The “manager” girl with highlights, is the worst of all. Why is she a manager and why work somewhere if you don’t have any clue of what customer service means? I’ve walked up sometimes and it smells of dirty rags. It blows my mind that the owners have never sent a mystery shopper there. Pathetic customer service especially for managers who are definitely grown. The younger kids are always nice. It’s the managers and some of the others who need to find a new job. You can’t even get an itemized receipt here by the way. I’ve asked and they “don’t have such thing.” What kind of business are they running...

I guarantee the little amount of good reviews on here are from the same people who work there. This is the worst spot in the entire food court to get drinks. You will also get a full attitude from the managers. They act like we owe them something. The manager girl is the worst. You’re better off going to get drinks from the spot downstairs....
