I am disappointed in the food that I have tried here. The first time that I went, I tried a milanesa quesadilla. The milanesa had a good flavor, but it didn't have much meat. I tasted more than meat. I ordered two ground beef tacos, and they were great. The ground beef was seasoned well. They gave me a free small cup of charro beans. The beans are exceptional. Round 2. I went today to try a ribeye taco, a carnitas taco, a barbacoa taco, and a fajita taco. The meat on the ribeye taco was dry and dark. When meat is fresh, it is not dark. The carnitas taco had a sour smell so I didn't eat it. The barbacoa taco was super dry and dark. The fajita taco was very good. I complained to the manager about the barbacoa, and the manager said that it was dry because they clean the meat before they cook it. Don't lie to me. Meat gets dark when it is old or cooked and reheated. I watched the guy make me a new taco and the only thing he did was a grease to the meat. It still came out the same. Lastly, they didn't offer a free cup of small charro beans. I...

I had a long hair in my torta, and when I returned it I noticed one lady in the back standing next to another who was clicking lettuce. I made the indication that she need to have a hair cover. She came up to the counter asking what was my observation and when I told her she responded in a snotty way she was not slicing. Before leaving I asked her is she knew what was the minimum distance she could be from a work station. Her response stating they had not be trained on this matter.
I want to make an observation to Bigotes cooperate office, this is a very close working area, for which is is recommended that all employees have hair covers. This lady apparently may have been the manager or lead as her attitude and demeanor...
Read moreDecided to try something new to eat during our trip to the mall. I love quesabirria tacos and decided to give them a try. When I approached the counter the staff didn’t seem too eager to greet or assist me. The young woman at the counter was combing her fingers through her hair as well, which also had me second guessing this place. I decided to proceed since I didn’t see her in the kitchen area . My tacos were ready in about 5 minutes. You get 3 tacos for about $17 after tax. The meat was juicy and tender. The sauce was really good and one of the best I’ve had. I was supposed to get cilantro and onions but i barely had any onions and no cilantro. Overall taste was good but I don’t think it’s worth the money nor the...
