Worst store operator I think chicken Fila is all about good customer service and quality food I bought a market salad I usually like to eat the fruit first so after I'm done eating the fruit I started cutting the chicken which it was suppose to be sliced I didn't like the taste of it I went to exchange it and I was told next time return the salad before I eat the fruits and today my friend went and bought 2 market salad and she was told by the store operator to check the salad before she leaves the store so she found that to be weird but she didn't any I opened the salad and the lettuce is frozen and soggy I went to the restaurant and I wanted to talk to the store owner and I briefly explained to her what happened last time which she informed me that she was aware of the incident and today she told me she will refund me the money and she told me not to buy salad from her store because she is losing money and she will tell her team not to sell me salad sorry lady I'm paying for the food so I expect my food to be fresh this is briefly my experience with the restaurant I own a business in the deerbrook mall and been in the mall for over 12 years I never seen an operator like you mrd Jackie I will take my business to a place where customer service is more important to them.and yes I did call customer support and reported my issue. We placed 2 separate orders in the drive through that contained 2 meals on each with Diego. 1st order - 2 eight piece nugget meals & 2nd order 8 piece nugget & spicy chicken meal. Get around the corner and was told to pull up. About 5 minutes later, we received the second order and asked the server about the first one & was told it would be right out. Then after waiting approx 15 more minutes, seeing cars pull off, I called the server back. She asked what was on the first order. I told her and also asked for a manager. Allan comes to the car and the problem is explained to him. He asked for the card to refund the first order and still bring the meals. He comes back with a refund for one 8 piece nugget meal & one meal in hand but there were 2 8 piece meals purchased on the first order. So he goes back and gets the other meal. Because he seemed discombobulated, I again asked for a manager. He said it was him but he had just arrived and didn’t fully understand what was going on. So I asked for the manager that was there when I ordered and he said there was no manager there at that time. 😒 I felt like I was at McDonalds.
