The shopping experience with Halzberg Jeweler was great! The staff that worked that day 8.9.24 evening shift (Brandi Bonner and Maria Magueyal) were so sweet, helpful and kind to me and my husband. I brought in a picture of a ring that I desired. They immediately showed me a ring that was almost exactly the same as the one on the picture. When I saw it, it stole my heart. I applied for the Halzberg credit card and was able to leave with my ring the same day! Shortly after, I had arrived, they saw I was perspiring from the walk in the mall. They offered me some water then got a fan for me, to cool me down. I was so happy. My husband came in with me. They gave him a seat to set down. He had open heart surgery 3 weeks ago and the walk was to much for him. They provided him a wheel chair with security guard to push him for me back to the car. They have compassion and concern for their customers needs. I'm really glad I came to Halzberg for the wedding ring that I will wear for the rest of my life. Thank you ladies for a wonderful experience. You were unforgettable. I will recommend eveyone, even my family. I miss you...

While their in store service is good don’t EVER get their credit card! They are a horrible credit card company. We got their credit card with “no interest” for 1 year and ever since our first statement they had been charging me interest rate. But the time I knew about it they wouldn’t even give me an answer or resolution. I made a payment to fully pay my bill and they didn’t take the money out when I scheduled it and when they finally decided to take it out there wasn’t enough funds, because I had thought they had already taken it out! So now they are charging me a late fee and I had no idea. The only reason I found out is because side I got a statement saying I’m late on my payment! The guy, Juan, that I spoke to was rude and dismissed my concerns and sighed every time I complained. And then he just said was their anything else he can help me with when I wasn’t done speaking my concerns. So I just hung up. I’ll never ever deal...

Last minute shopping on a Saturday and decided to stop by at Helzberg because my diamond from my current engangment ring fell off a couple days ago at work. I was given a quote to replace the diamond but it was really expensive and was the cost of buying a new one. I was given two other quotes at different places in the $500 range and decided to buy a new one. Ms. Anna, I believe was her name, was really helpful and listened to my comments and likes about the rings as she was showing me. After looking through 4 rings, she showed me the one. It was similar to my current ring and loved it. Mr. Galvino was able to also help us and they both provided exceptional customer service. Thank you, can't wait to pick up my ring. Not a big fan of waiting 10 days but...
