When i arrived for my online pickup, I stood around with other confused people before the team leader named Kayla finally barged over to me and aggressively demanded my target app code. I said I didnt have the app only my info on the email and website. She barked at me, ālast name?ā I told her and she repeated the same question even though I just answered. She stormed off, only to later bring out my storage bins in a cart but did not bringing them anywhere near me, just yelling from afar, āTHIS IS YOU.ā Then stormed off again. On top of it all I was shocked to see they were the wrong item. A totally different sku, in an ugly color. I went to the cashier and she did not want to help me. I tried to tell her they were wrong items so what do I do? She just shrugged at me. Kayla returned and said, go see if theres other lids or something. 1. The color is not just the lids. 2. They made us go all the way across the store to check instead of helping at all. Discovered there were none of the correct ones. Why was my order not cancelled if the items werenāt available? Why was there no sense of organization or service? I went to return and the cashier couldnt even scan them in, said āwrong barcodeā yeah of course its the WRONG barcode, and I dont know how this was even allowed to be placed. She proceeded to input the ones i got and i see that it updated again on the site as if they were there again, so someone else can be confused about it.
I wasted all that time and gas through lots of traffic to leave empty handed and yet again disappointed in humanity. How do people like that have management jobs when they cant even handle being the bare...

I usually order products online for pickup in store, but lately I have been going in and I must say, several of the employees at this store are rude and don't know basic courtesy. I have been prompted to take advantage of the target circle deals, but three times I have tried and it is not possible to do target circle purchases in store without the app. I have a target circle card, and can take advantage of the free gift cards, etc online without a problem, but they do not work in the store unless you have the app. Not one employee can answer my questions about WHY it works when I purchase online but not in store. Yes, my phone number is linked to my card. I had one rude young man tell me straight up "you need the app". But he couldn't tell me WHY I could get the deal online without the app, nor did he want to take the time to listen to me. Not one check out employee in these three visits greeted me, said please or thank you - even when I greeted them and used my courtesy words. No response from them. Whoever is managing this store, is not doing their job and needs to inform the employees on policies and how things work in the store so that they can explain to the customer and answer their questions. They also need lessons in common courtesy. All of these discourteous employees have been 20 somethings or younger. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. Not a fan and will NOT be returning...

Surprisingly, we were later able to fix our current one. I called the store to see what was needed to cancel the order. I was told I needed to drive there, which I did. I asked customer service what process needed to be followed to get my money back. She said it would not deduct the money from my account by simply cancelling. I asked if she was sure. She said yes, and took my phone and clicked several buttons. Instead I later discovered by email, it charged me, deducted the money, and sent me a Target gift card. This was a large expenditure, and opposite what I requested and was told. I called customer service. Someone picked up the phone and set it down without speaking. A second call went unanswered. I called a manager. She said she cannot help. Because a gift card was issued, even if I bought the printer now with the gift card and physically returned it, I cannot get a return to my checking debit card- only another gift card.
