Chico's — Local services in Huntington Beach

The owner was a good sales lady! Every time I come back to exchange I end up spend 300$ - 600$ more..the worst experience here in the store that was.. she didn’t keep her word. I told her I didn’t bring all receipts that I just bought all the clothes at her store a week ago. She told me “Kim you need to keep all your receipts without receipts I can’t do an exchange! “ I told her please keep the new Stuff I just try to put lay away with my name on , on hold for me to drive home to find my receipt so I can do the exchange . I had to quick work go home spend 3 hrs to look for all my receipts. Come back with all of the receipts in hand she refuses to accept receipts and she try to sell me more .. pay more..that was an horrible experience ! I was dealing with a dish-honest owner . The Bible teach let your yes is yes no is no other than that it is evil. The clothes she promised to put on hold for me wasn’t there less than 24 hrs . Bottom line this is evil store run by evil owner. Please beware of the owner of this store! This place not even open as their business hours.! I came at 10 am most of Chico store open at 10 am drove from Anaheim to hungtinton beach .long drive . And saw the note on the front entrance mirror written “sorry we had no worker closed “ I also had a bad experience with this store in the pass . I love to go to south coast Chico plaza but they was closed. The owner was a believer One time I didn’t bring a receipt she looked up my account saw the clothes that I had bought and gave me a refund! I don’t want other to go through like me. Please stay away from this store if you can. Unless the owner change herself be a woman of her words and stop scam people to sell more ..instead helping customers just to get what they want. I return all the stuff that I just bought from her $300 At her store and there are more $300 I just bought from her store but I don’t ever want to go back that place anymore! I will return to another Chico location and order online . I try to buy from her so she can make money...

I'm visiting from out of town and stopped by this store today. I had a blast! Julie, Carrie, and Hannah are fabulous sales women; they know their stock and they gave honest, sincere, uplifting comments on outfits. I was there for 2-3 hours and purchased a boatload of beautiful outfits. When I find a store that fits my age, my attitude, my body and my budget, I like to shop there regularly. I live in a small town and we don't have Chico's so I took advantage of this trip. At one point it got really busy in the store and I started helping other customers just for the fun of it! This Chico's is my very favorite store. The manager Lisa, as well as every single one of the sales staff is not just knowledgable, they are so welcoming and client oriented. Warm, friendly, each one of the sales people go out of their way to help put together outfits for me, but they are just as nice when I have a return. I always leave the H.B. Chico's with a smile.
