Men's Wearhouse — Local services in Huntington Beach

This place had some of the worst customer service. It was completely empty and there were 3 employees. Trying to get them to help us was like pulling teeth. We came in and told them we wanted to order a suit they don't have in store (we wanted to order through them online and get the wedding bundle + try on some shirts). Immediately they shut us down saying they haven't had it in store in months, didn't offer to order for us online. The employee that was "helping" us was a small Asian man with bloodshot eyes and he kept looking at my boyfriend like he was looking at Big Foot. And he kept saying "you have a huge neck" and "you have trouble finding shirts in your size right?" while ignoring other questions. My boyfriend has a bigger neck but he's not THAT big. When we tried things on, they didn't check in on us, we had to go find them to ask about fit. Overall we were super uncomfortable with the body shaming and lack of customer service. We went to the men's warehouse in Orange and had a much better time. The whole experience felt so weird, we felt like we were being pranked or like we were aliens that just landed on earth and they wanted nothing...

This is a really wonderfully well appropriated Storm I have to give credit to Georgina she was very patient with me in introduced me to some of the better items that I can afford.

One thing that really impressed me about this type of service how knowledgeable everyone was when you bring an item like this you’re buying more than just clothing actually buying an asset.

Then who all alterations in their purchase and after admit I was very impressed thank you very much for the wonderful job you all did helping me yesterday...
