If you are considering visiting Arizona Leather in Huntington Beach to purchase furniture/furnishings, I would suggest that you RECONSIDER. I have been treated poorly, ordering on August 10th two recliners from IMG, a Norwegian manufacturer that Arizona Leather represents and who had the chairs I purchased in their Riverside warehouse, as verified on my order which says: "Pull from IMG stock Riverside." Since my purchase the merchandise has disappeared to someone/somewhere else. The store's explanations have gone through various iterations and stages: Chairs will arrive in "six weeks” (Sept 19th) per my order, to "early October" to "mid-October" to "first of November" with the message changing to today's report: "The chairs are on a ship at the port, blah, blah, blah". How convenient. That explanation means my delays can be blamed on the port problems when the real problem is that Arizona Leather has no control over the IMG line and its fulfillment, they have no data connection with IMG at Arizona Leather (They have to call IMG via phone.) to track products on a real-time basis, they have no recourse if IMG fails to fulfill and they cannot provide any accurate explanation as to where my order, which was, supposedly, locked in on August 10th, has gone. LOVE ARIZONA LEATHER!!! After purchasing our sofa and loveseat 18 years ago from the Huntington Beach store, we are just now needing to replace the sofa only. The loveseat is still in almost pristine condition but the cushions on the sofa peeled ONLY because we made the unfortunate choice to take the seat cushions to a car upholstery place for cleaning and they ruined the leather! The seats hadn't peeled or cracked in 18 years! (See photos of our still good looking 18 year old set!) So now we're left with the option to replace them both or have the sofa cushions fixed. Considering they are now 18 years old, we decided to replace them with a RECLINING sofa & loveseat (as somehow we got older too and the reclining option is SO COMFORTABLE!!!!) So we went back to Arizona Leather in Huntington Beach to buy a new set and were met with the same courteous professionalism as we had experienced 18 years ago! Louis our sales rep, was not only kind and knowledgeable on all the products, but he was also VERY patient with us as it took us SO long, even days, to decide which set we liked the best! So many beautiful & comfortable styles to choose from and options galore!!! We finally made up our minds and placed our order yesterday and are eager to relax and recline in our super comfy, sofa & loveseat!!! THANK YOU AGAIN EVERYONE AT ARIZONA LEATHER!!! GREAT COMPANY!!! As I am currently relaxing in my Arizona Leather’s “Venus” power swivel glider, I remember its recent purchase along with a matching 3-seat power reclining sofa (w/two theater arm cup holders). Being a 75 year old active couple of 53 years, we have been through many Lazy Boys in our days. With this purchase we were lucky enough to meet, learn, laugh and enjoy Louis Bazan, our salesman, over several weeks! Louis took so much time and patience educating us as we decided our future living room comfort…”BINGO!” How lucky are we to have visited the Huntington Beach Show Room! To this day, we continue to comment that our amazing furniture could not be more beautiful or comfortable as we grow old together…Cheers to Louis!!!! …and, Arizona Leather! Thank YOU!...
