I was just in here with my girl who posted a comment on an employee, Perla about a two weeks ago... and we were just taking photos and they were talking about her pink drink and how she left a review and one of the other employees said , “ just cause it’s the same drink doesn’t mean it’s the Same person” The funny think is we heard it and my girlfriend said “ no it was me” as she is a very assertive person and has no problem admitting something she has done and ofcourse they were just flustered that she heard and grew very embarrassed .
It’s like why would you talk about a negative comment with a store full of customers after just receiving a horrible review ! Perla the employee was again being rude instead of trying to better her service it’s just unbelievable . The worst part was when she called the name “Lana” to let my girlfriend know her drink was ready she then said “ oh I forgot the strawberries” my girlfriend said , “ it’s okay I don’t need it but thank you “ and she said “ oh no” and then gave the drink with attitude .
I told my girlfriend this is the last time we will ever come in although she loves this particular Starbucks store cause it’s the coziest In her opinion but Perla ruins the expierence ....
while we were taking photos they had two employees come walk right infront of the camera purposely and laugh! Do they not know this is a cooperation and not a high school! We spend over 80 bucks a week on Starbucks and this rude service we do not deserve when we are loyal customers ! Pink drink and vanilla bean all day. Really makes me not want Starbucks when the cooperation is hiring unprofessional employees ....
Ps. My girl never writes reviews ever! Witnessing this today was breathtaking...
Read moreMy father and I have been meeting at this Starbucks location for close to five years multiple times per month.
At first, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was impeccable. Now? You're interrogated about whether you made a purchase to use the bathroom. Additionally, the staff seems overworked and busy, and there are often solicitors around the exterior.
For context regarding the bathroom policy: whoever gets there first purchases the other a drink - this time, my dad bought coffee for us and we met outside of the establishment. I went to use the bathroom, and because I threw my drink out before entering, they assumed I was not a customer.
When I asked to use the bathroom, the staff proceeded to ask me if I made a purchase and told me that the bathroom was for customers only. When I explained that I already ordered (although it was my dad who ordered for us), they asked if it was via mobile, if I had proof, etc. Thankfully, they recognized my dad once he walked over and let me use the bathroom. But even then, they were curt and seemed annoyed I even asked - mumbling the code only to yell it after.
My dad and I have spent thousands at this Starbucks, so it's depressing to see what it's become. I felt embarrassed and it was as if they thought of me as not worthy of using...
Read moreFrom someone who’s worked in costumer service, SHEESH. I get it I’ve had bad days too but I was taught to put on a brave face when I’m working. If you still want to be paid that is.
The two women today working drive through with the insane attitudes, like.. WOW… the Eyeroll after you handed me my drinks was insane 🤣 I have no idea what I did to you to receive such awful service but I sincerely hope that made your day much better.
Whoever took my order gave me an attitude with her response when I had asked if they had matcha since the last few times I’ve gone you guys were out of it. Sue me. Anywho… I get to the window and the women there taking my payment just looks so damn unhappy. Most baristas either make small conversation or you know do something else while they wait for my dumbass to find my app, truly appreciate those who are patient. I don’t think she liked my “sheesh” comment my apologies it just came out. I am better than that. She then proceeded to have someone else hand me my drinks and she was even worse. Sweetie.. eyerolls are my thing, they don’t work on me. Passive aggressiveness is so overrated. My 7 year old even questioned her attitude… that’s saying something. Thank you though any chance I can teach my son a valuable lesson is...
