Terrible customer service.

I took in a brand new wooden watch to get resized. Jeweler said it was slightly broken AFTER he had already started working on it. He then decided to superglue it to "fix it." When I tried to explain that it was his responsibility to inspect the item BEFORE he started working on it he went on and on about how he was an honest man and he could have left me walk out with the watch like that because it came like that. He straight out said he was not going to pay for my watch.

He kept on saying how he was an honest man and that he believed in God and yada-yada-yada. He refused to answer my questions because I am a woman and I was "altered." He kept saying that I shouldn't put that much value on material things but should be focusing on the valuable things in life. I am sorry, but last time I checked, we were talking about a material transaction not spirituality. I cannot just take his merchandise and tell him to focus on the bigger things in life.

Terrible servicio el jollero quiere sacar dinero Para todo. Se supone que si compras el anillo ahí tiene que ser gratis el resize porque es mercancía de ellos no lo estás comprando en otra jolleria, e ido a otras jollerias por esa misma location y nunca nos cobran solo si traes La Jolla de otro lado. Talvez el se queda el dinero de eso. Asen esperar de más para terminar asiendo mal trabajo.. se pasan de v** no dan buen servicio no...
