Absolutely unacceptable experience â avoid this store and avoid Jose Luis at all costs.
We ordered a couch in June 2025 and were helped by Jose Luis. The day it was delivered, we immediately realized it was not the couch we agreed on. It was significantly smaller, not what we picked, not what we paid for, and simply not what we expected. We called the store the same day to report the issue, and from that moment on, itâs been nothing but frustration, excuses, and complete disregard for our time and money.
Since June, every single week, we have had to either call or physically go to the store just to get vague, noncommittal updates like, âItâs not in stock,â or âI donât know when itâs coming.â Not once has Jose Luis taken initiative to call us first, follow up, or offer any real solution. He has made empty promises for nearly two months with no follow-through, and frankly, no accountability.
Today was the last straw. We visited the store again, and Jose Luis had the nerve to suggest we might only get $50 or $100 back for a couch that he messed up. We paid nearly $600, and all weâve asked for is either the correct couch or a full refund â which we are absolutely entitled to since the mistake was 100% on their end.
Now, out of nowhere, heâs saying he can come to our home this week (on non-store hours, which is completely unprofessional) to inspect the couch â two months after the fact â to make sure itâs not âused or stained.â Weâve had this couch in our living room because we obviously donât live in a mansion with room for extra furniture just lying around. Itâs been used because itâs been sitting in our home, and again â itâs not the couch we ordered, and never shouldâve been delivered in the first place.
Not once has he apologized. Not once has he owned up to his mistake. Heâs been passive-aggressive, dismissive, and combative the entire time. I asked him directly â multiple times â âWas this your error or not?â and he wouldnât even give me a straight answer. Instead, he tried to make us feel like the problem.
He refused to give me contact information for anyone above him, claiming heâs the supervisor, and only when I asked his colleague did I finally get the store email. The fact that Iâve had to chase them down, week after week, and still get nowhere is infuriating. Iâve worked in customer service â this is not how you treat paying customers.
This whole ordeal has cost us time, money, and energy. We didnât get the couch we paid for, the one we have is uncomfortable and useless for guests, and weâve been made to feel like weâre begging for a resolution that should have happened two months ago.
If youâre reading this and considering shopping here â donât. Or at the very least, do not deal with Jose Luis. He has no accountability, no remorse, and no business being in a customer-facing role. Weâre now turning to other stores and other options, because clearly this business has no interest in doing right by its customers.

Seeing that made me realize how attentive, hardworking, and capable each person in the store is. I'm overjoyed and that my car was nice and clean that day that particular day It would be sooo impolite to return something filthy when I was the one who hadn't planned ahead! As a result, anyone who sees this should plan ahead in order to avoid certain circumstances. They informed me that they sometimes do not provide refunds or exchanges if the merchandise is dirtied by the customer, which is understandable. I was so excited to put my vanity together and two of the workers offered to assist me, so they followed me home, and just looking at it has me mesmerized! I'm extremely pleased with my purchase and will be purchasing more goodies for my home in the future! This location is well-known for its furniture, but Casa Bella is a cut above the rest! You won't be able to find a Find a location with a wide range of choices. And anyone who is Hispanic should simply support a Hispanic-owned business. This is my go-to furniture now because, I'm a client who will never switch up! Because their customer service is Horrible or probably the individual worker that helped me didn't explain to me thoroughly Enough upon what type of mattresses or different options they may have to offer in the store. Then the second problem is HANDLING the customers purchase PROPERLY đ. There was only one person handling the heavy stuff. There was two other Employees inside the store.. one employee handling customers and still no one else came to help with the purchase Loading and to top it off.. the employee was NOT even being careful at all whatsoever on how to handle the merchandise properly onto my Vehicle so it won't get dirty or damaged. , What if someone needs to return the product or exchange it couldn't get exchange cause it'll Damaged. Or they will blame you that it's dirty or Damaged with no solutionon their Part. They might not give refunds or exchange. Damn what gets me so mad is making the purchase in that store thinking that everything is correct coming home all happy to sleep on new bed but then it gives me the worst lower back pain and not able to sleep whole night its was worst nightmare. They kept feeding me long unresolvable responses which felt like they were only beating around the bush to just make me keep the product that I was SEVERELY UNSATISFIED with.
