This is a truly local, familial jeweler that wears its heritage with grace and competence. My great grandfather’s Bucherer got fixed in a little over a week by John. Everyone knows their stuff there, and they make you feel welcome, which is saying something for a place that sells such nice things is all I’ll say about that haha. I’m about due another service, but this 33 year old watch is plenty dinner-worthy, and all thanks to these lovely people. I am from Wheeling, but visited the shop several months ago and fell in love! They have a beautiful selection and their ownership and employees are wonderful. We were just exploring Huntington and weren't in the market to buy anything, but when we left, I knew we'd be back. During the closure for Covid-19, I ordered cuff-links as a graduation present for my husband who was graduating from Marshall. Such a amazing establishment. They are always willing help. I've come here many times over the years and always have had the same great service. Today was no different. I usually come in for all my watch needs. Today went in to make a unusual request for single "pin" (like you find in watch bands) I needed one specific length.
