Ahh, the Pullman square game stop, my home away from home . This is my personal favorite GameStop, they (it's mainly a one woman show though (Candace) is very nice helpful knowledgable about all the new upcoming releases and preorders and she treats ya like a friend, definitely someone us gaming nerds can vibe with... This will always be my number one game stop plus I think they have the biggest selection personally, it's where I preorder all my ps5 games most recent being the new dead space which is a very challenging game. But I definitely recommend this game stop!!! They have a little bit of everything for console gaming as well as of gaming and will buy your old electronics.. tablets phones smart watches etc which I believe they all do, and if you are someone who visits any GameStop frequently, do yourself a favor and spend the 15 or so bucks for a year of the pro membership because it literally pays for it's self, i just renewed my pro membership with my points I've accumulated which didn't take slot of time or money to get the points for a free year of the pro membership plus the coupons for discounts are nice and handy (THANK YOU FIR ALL YOUR HELP, YOUR KINDNESS SND KNIWING WHAT GAMES ID BE INTO CANDACE THAT WAY I DONT MISS OUT ON A PREORDER LOL) U...

The young man who works in this store is one of the nicest people abd game stop employees I've ever met. He was so genuine, nice, professional, knowledgeable, is a great asset to this company. There are a couple others I will do reviews on in their particular stores. This review is specifically for Lucas. Thank you for being kind and professional with a ready smile on your face. I hope game stop appreciates you. I for one do! Don't ever change. Hearing you quote and ralk about your mom in such a resoectful way, she did a great job in raising you!! Kudos!! Now Hunter in South Charleston, WV that came from the store in New Boston could def use some extra training in how to treat customers and their things that they take in to trade. Maybe he could spend some time with Lucas to learn the appropriate manners he so sorely is lacking! I'm sure that would only be a punishment for Lucas tho. I just walked into store on 4-28- 24 at 3:45pm a male and female is working and the female talking about she’s the boss they checked out a costumer while I was in there never one time did they ask me if I needed help or even a simple hello and acknowledge me as a customer not even after the other customer leaving! I was in store almost 15. Minutes and not word!!They was to busy talking to each other to attend to costumers ! I did not feel welcomed at all ! I I actually left because I felt so uncomfortable and didn’t even purchase the items I wanted because I felt like I wasn’t there. I’m walking out the door they say goodbye ! You can’t acknowledge me or say hello or ask if I need help but tell me goodbye very very poor...
