Luna Pizza — Local services in Huntington

Attempted to order online and an error occurred but the transaction appeared to go through anyway. I called to confirm if the order had actually submitted and the woman that took my call was very unpleasant. She did not greet me and it was as if I was inconveniencing her with my call even though, according to her, they only had two orders. When I told her my situation, that she did not care about, she said none of the orders they had (2) were mine and nothing more. She did not offer to take my order over the phone, so I asked if she could and again, she was inconvenienced that I would like to order over the phone saying “I mean yeah we can take your order over the phone” with a sarcastic tone. Obviously I knew they could but she hadn’t offered so I asked her to do it. I hung up after her response. I prefer to support locally owned business but not when they have that level of customer service. It isn’t hard to provide even adequate...

Just went to the pizza place tonight. so grateful that they’re here in town. their combinations look phenomenal. I’m not sure of the one I got but it was great . other than it not having the Fresh parm & red pepper flakes I asked for on the side. I looked again and they did put a sprinkle of red pepper flakes, had I not called I would have never known it. This place will be on rotation now. I will just add a few things and be a loyal customer. Also he was nice enough to let me in to order because it was too cold to be outside. Then I only wish someone would have brought it to my car.Everyone please run and try it you will be so happy...

We got the create your own and chose vegan cheese, cremini mushrooms, caramelized onions, and green peppers. The pizza was amazing! We went through half before I decided we should take a pic for a review. We've (my wife and I) been vegans for around 14 years and this is, by far, the best vegan pizza we have had. The crust is the best and and makes this the best ever. We will definitely be back regularly. Super nice staff and awesome...
