I reached out via email. I'm watching you helping people that don't look like me getting their stories out there. I moved 6 times in 6 years thru no fault of my own WITH a CKHA voucher. POOR INSPECTIONS & CODDLING OF SLUMLORDS. WEST VIRGINIANS ARE NOT RECEIVING SAFE STABLE HOUSING. The inspectors are poorly trained and ARE NOT HELD ACCOUNTABLE when they continuously miss safety and sanitary issues like trash, roaches, sewage and electrical issues. I complained and was forced out of a newly built townhouse. I didn't have water the 1st 5 days after move in. Carmen Maniak, CKHA, asked me to give up my certificate because she was sick if me complaining. WELL I WAS SICK OF MOVING EVERY YEAR for issues present during the INITIAL INSPECTION!!! Their attorney is questioning why a disabled biracial female would request help thru the customer satisfaction surveys THAT WERE NEVER ADDRESSED EVEN AFTER BRINGING IT TO KITTY DOOLEY'S ATTENTION AT A CKHA BOARD MEETING after moving every year? Where does this happen? I'm not going to live in substandard conditions when the government is involved. Most of these tenants and clients fear retaliation, but they'll breathe in mold and ACCEPT a standard of living that's not acceptable to the majority. THESE agencies and businesses designed to help low income, use their PERSONAL INSTEAD OF PROFESSIONAL OPINION WHEN DEALING WITH INDIVIDUALS. LOW INCOME DOESN'T MEAN LOW INTELLIGENCE!!! Mongolian Beef Recipe Ingredients: 1 lb (450 g) flank steak (or sirloin), thinly sliced against the grain 1/3 cup cornstarch 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 2-3 green onions, chopped (keep white parts separate from green) 2-3 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced (optional) For the Sauce: 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce (optional for extra flavor) 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat) Instructions: Prep the Beef:

Well I emailed WSAZ several months ago. It was about a crisis here in the apartment complex I live in not going to mention which one because that's probably the reason they didn't show up or even respond to my emails and I wrote three. They were very important they were about pit bulls roaming the neighborhood and attacking people and one attacked me and the manager here does nothing about it very serious I'm handicapped I can't get away from a pitbull no one can our lives are at danger here I was jumped and I have to run into the person who jumped me everyday because the manager does nothing I mean for God's sake there was a dog stabbed to death in broad daylight manager police WSAZ did nothing WSAZ did not even respond shame on them.
