I had stumbled across this GEM of a shop while I was on lunch one day. When I walked in they were extremely welcoming and very helpful. They talked about having a trade night coming up. Me and my wife decided it would be a great thing to try with our son. Little background, our son is not very social, very backwards, and easily embarrassed. He struggles meeting new people. We took our son and he opened up to everyone at trade day and everyone was so kind and sweet to my son. He was walking around and having a blast just doing his own thing in his own little world. I had spoke with Richard about how often they had trade day and he expressed they tried every three weeks. I asked if there was anyway to push it back a week due to we wanted to go to trade night on my sonâs birthday. They were happy to push it back so we could have a little birthday party at trade night. They went above and beyond to make my son feel welcome and important. They got him a cake and a backpack full of Pokemon cards. They also were awesome with prices and were willing to make deals with you. My son made out like a bandit with the deals Richard offered him after I gave him a $$ limit. 100% recommend anyone to stop in and visit. Find them on FB to see about trade nights and deals. We will be attending every trade night from now on. Thank you all so much for welcoming us and my son with such open arms...
Read moreI have done business with the owners here for some time already before they opened their physical store. In collecting, it is often difficult to find businesses that are genuinely as passionate about the hobby as you are. That is the rare gem that is One More TCG. They are the real deal and always give you the best, fairest deal possible. While some places out there are only driven by the goal to make a profit, One More TCG really has a desire to promote the hobby and grow the collecting community, while supporting it along the way. It is one of the reasons that I turn to them for my collecting needs, along with the fact that they often have the best prices, a vast inventory, and the ability to special order almost anything I might be looking for.
I'm so glad that they have finally opened up their store. It's full of amazing products to browse, as well as a lot of in-store amenities to enjoy. Tables for gaming, a few video games consoles, and snacks, just to name a few. You can buy some card packs, rip them open right there, and have a good discussion about what you pulled and what you might be hunting for. It is far too easy to lose track of time and end up spending your whole day here. This place is like the ultimate social club for nerds. And that's a good thing!
Pay this store a visit. You won't be...
Read moreI rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience at this PokĂ©mon store was just awful. First of all, the customer service was practically nonexistent. I asked a simple question about a card set, and the staff seemed annoyed I even spoke to them. No one offered to help, and when I finally got someoneâs attention, they gave me incorrect information and walked away mid-conversation. The store was also a messâproducts were disorganized, some of the merchandise looked like it had been opened or handled way too much, and the shelves were dusty. For a place that supposedly specializes in PokĂ©mon, I expected a fun and welcoming environment. Instead, it felt like they stopped caring years ago. Prices were also way above retail for newer sets, and they were charging scalper-level prices for items that are still available elsewhere. Not to mention the limited selectionâbarely any plushies, figures, or merchandise outside of cards. Worst of all, I witnessed a staff member being really short with a kid who was just excited to talk about PokĂ©mon. Completely uncalled for. If youâre a serious collector or just looking to get something for a fan, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. There are better, cleaner, friendlier...
