Update: I was contacted about my previous rating. I was given a sincere apology and a certificate to visit again. We were able to go back to O.G. today with my mother-in-law for mother's day. It was a test. We went to Murfreesboro TN restaurant. It took a little to get seated because it was busy but we were. Ted was our waiter. He approached us with an amazing, peppy disposition. He was obviously well educated about the menu, options, drinks etc. Drinks, appetizer, bread, salad, meal and dessert were all awesome and delivered with so much friendliness and zest. When I return here, I will be sure to request Ted as our server. My 3 star rating is now a 5! Thank you for a great experience!

I love Olive Garden but this was the first time visiting this Olive Garden. It was not a great time. It was a little busy but we asked if we were going to have to wait or would we have issues with service. We were assured that our waitress not all that busy. The waitress was sweet enough when she introduced herself. That was the only time we saw her other than taking our order. My lasagna and my mother in law's lasagna were burnt. Not just the yummy crusty but crunchy. The bottom was cardboard and tasted burnt. The boyfriend's chicken parm wasn't cooked well and the sauce was a maybe a teaspoon poured only on his chicken. We mentioned the lasagna to the manager explaining that we weren't trying to get anything but wanted her to know the way that food was brought to us. The manager was nice but insincere. She refunded the price in one of the lasagnas. I appreciate that but as a manager many times in the past, in customer service, I feel like there could've been more of a real apology. I don't think I will return to this Olive Garden but I still love the franchise and there are others within driving distance to me that I haven't...

I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent visit to your restaurant, which fell far below the standard I’ve come to expect from Olive Garden. I ordered the Never Ending Soup, Salad, and Breadsticks, but both the quality and service were lacking. The breadsticks were hard and clearly not fresh. Despite knowing the kitchen was out of both fresh bread and soup — two key components of the meal — the server still allowed me to place the order. While the rest of my table received their food, I was left waiting while my soup was supposedly being made. The waitress did offer me alternate soup options, but I wasn’t satisfied with the alternatives and had specifically come in for the Zuppa Toscana. When the soup was finally brought out, it was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The server confirmed that it was what they had left — not the fresh batch that was being prepared — which left me genuinely shocked. We then asked to speak with the manager, Evaristo, to share our concerns. Unfortunately, his response only added to the frustration. Rather than addressing the issue with empathy or professionalism, he stated that he “should’ve called us to tell us they were out of the Zuppa Toscana soup.” This remark felt dismissive and inappropriate, and it was clear that he lacked the soft skills needed to effectively manage customer concerns. This experience left a very negative impression. I’ve always appreciated Olive Garden for its hospitality and comforting meals, but this visit felt like a significant step down in both service...

It all started when the waitress got offended because we didn't want to sample the wine and ordered tea instead. If we could give them zero Stars, we surely would. We had a horrible experience. The waitress was absolutely terrible. The food was okay, but the service was horrible. We tried to pay through the kiosk that they have on every table, with a gift card that we got from our daughter for Christmas. It would not work. So the waitress took our card and tried it on their computer. She came back and told us that there was a zero balance. We know we never used the card, because we very seldom go out to eat. She kept trying to grab the kiosk and was very rude about it. We finally gave up and we were willing to pay with a credit card. Then that card also did not work. We knew that the kiosk was not working properly. We asked for her manager to come to the table. He checked the balance on the card, and there was a $25 balance. I will never go to another Olive Garden again. The manager was nice enough to comp our meal. Unfortunately, that was not enough for my satisfaction. First of all, I have a question, are they listening to our conversations through the kiosk? That is completely not cool with me. I am absolutely going to research that part, because something tells me she may have heard us say we knew she was angry because we didn't drink their wine. Then her attitude snowballed after that the entire meal. What a joke! I really want to know if they...

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Olive Garden, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment we entered the restaurant, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces. Our server, Daniel, went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was enjoyable. He was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and was attentive to our needs throughout the meal. In addition to Daniel's excellent service, we had the opportunity to meet with the general manager, Andrew. He took the time to chat with us, making sure we were satisfied with our dining experience. Andrew's presence and genuine concern for his customers truly impressed us. The food at Olive Garden was absolutely delicious. From the mouth-watering pasta dishes to the flavorful appetizers, everything was prepared with care and tasted amazing. The portions were generous, and the quality of the ingredients was evident. Overall, I can't say enough positive things about our experience at Olive Garden. The combination of exceptional service from Daniel, the attentiveness of the general manager Andrew, and the delicious food made for a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend Olive Garden to anyone looking for a great meal served with an extra touch of hospitality.

Olive Garden IMHO is simply a step below Carrabba's, which is a small notch just below Terra Nova's (in Huntsville). The quality and seasoning of the food isn't bad but to me, it just lends a more Chef Boyardee flavor quality to their entrées. My 7yo Grandson prefers their breadsticks here...but we definitely prefer Carrabba's fresh bread and seasoned olive oil dip. It's hard to beat the flavors acquired from Carrabba's "Chicken Trio" as an example. Anything 'you' get at the local Italian restaurant Terra Nova's is leaps and bounds over Olive Garden. The real issue here isn't the food; it's the fact that everything is priced very similarly to the other two aforementioned restaurants...when it's obviously lower scale taste/quality. Much of that probably has nothing to do with the chefs. Quality ingredients and structured preparation is more likely the factor here (in a chain restaurant. ) Service was good and attentive, even when oddly busy, early on a MON evening. Some guests still don't know how to be quiet with their phones but that's a 'consideration of others' thing, separate from the restaurant. The fairly 'new' appetizer, Stuffed Ziti Fritta was probably the highlight of the meal. The minestrone' soup again, didn't compare to Carrabba's version.

We, as a family, have eaten at a ton of different Olive Garden locations and they're always really good, but for this one, I would say it was just a decent experience at this location on this particular day. Our waitress was very slow while not being slammed with customers or large crowds. She was polite enough, but forgetful and not very warm. I ordered the seafood alfredo and no matter which location I eat at, the seafood alfredo is always good. This particular dish, however, was extremely bland. It had almost zero flavor. The one good thing about this experience was that the actual chef delivered our food to our table. He was very polite, funny, enthusiastic and to top it all off he left us the cheese grater and allowed us to use it as our own for the remainder of the dinner. My biggest complaint would be the salad. It was obvious that the lettuce was not very fresh and the dressing was almost nonexistent. I've been going to this location for 15 to 20 years now and I've never had an experience like this. I truly hope it doesn't happen again. My family and I have spent some great nights together here and we hope to continue that tradition.
