Worst customer service ever. I called to get a closure sew in installed and the owner was available to do my hair. She asked me to dropped the closure off so she could bleach the knots. I show up a few minutes later. And when I showed her my closure she said it was no good and she had better ones for sale. And my closure was too short for the bundles I have. This would not be my first sew in. I knew wasn’t nothing wrong with the closure. Because I always use hair from the weave zone and no other stylist ever complained. She just wanted me to buy hair from her, that I never heard anyone in the city talking about! She also wanted me to go get someone else to braid my hair down and her price was extremely high. Purchased a sweater dress on Saturday 2/6/2021, had it on for an hour or so before it came apart at the sleeve. I took the dress back on Wednesday 2/10/2, spoke with the owner.
