No matter how much I begged today, they could not be bothered to help my predicament. My daughter wants this tree swing for Christmas. We've tried to be prepared as our very tall tree required a long extension apparatus to put up in our tree with a man lift. We were able to secure a reservation for the man lift and ordered the swing apparatus. The first package was lost in the mail. Re-ordered as soon as I realized we were not ever going to receive the first one. I thought it was going to be okay as it said delivery would be Saturday and we had the man lift rented through the weekend. I checked the tracking today and the delivery date suddenly changed to Monday. The package is in Hurricane, but won't be delivered until Monday. I just can't win! I ran down to the post office and begged them to please find the package for me. I explained that we'd spent $250 to rent the man lift and the lift was all booked from now until Christmas. We most likely wouldn't be able to afford another $250 before Christmas anyway. This was our only chance to get this up so we can hook on the swing part Christmas morning. The lady at the desk said NO to my request. They are too busy and can't do it. I begged. I asked if I could leave the tracking number just in case someone could find some time to track it down for us. She again said NO. I ran out of there before I started bawling. I told SHERICE that a package arrive under my husbands name and she looked at me like "um ok where is the slip" I told her my husband had the slip and she refused to look for the package without the slip claiming there wasn't a way she could look it up without the slip. Went out to the car and spoke with my husband who told me that was a lie and that he has picked up packages without the slip several times. Walked back in and as soon as I called her out and said that she can to look it up via my address she rolled her eyes then tried to put it back on me accusing me of not giving her all the info and was very distespectful. Please do not hire people who aren't willing to do things the hard way and when forced to treat customers rudely. It's not my job to have the slip with me. It is however part of her job to treat customers respectful and do things the hard way...

The young man at the counter, whom I've had other bad experiences with, tells me they dont do overnight express but want to charge me $35 with a "guarantee " that it'll be there on the first. That's not what your sign states.
Never thought there could be so many rude postal workers in one area or in one office. Went in yesterday to pick up packages, ¿Lisa? refused to get them from the back. Telling me that I must have the peach slip. They never gave me an issue before. There's never been anything about the "peach" slip mandating we have it until today. Quit making up your own rules because you hate people.
