LOVE STOUT HOME FURNISHINGS!!! I bought a Speed Queen Washer from Stouts and was very impressed with their customer service. They let me wander and not feel pressure while I was looking (which can be so annoying from the other Furnishing stores). But when I was ready to ask my questions, Karen was right there and very informative. Love my washer so far!

THEN they delivered for free! Moved my old washer to my garage for me (for free) and then installed it for me. BRIDGER and BRYANT delivered my washer and were so awesome and while setting it up they answered all my silly questions about setting up a washer. Then they left a VERY simple print out of how to register my washer for the warranty that speed queen offers. (I always get the warranty, but for some reason ACUTALLY registering it, I drag my feet.) But it was super simple to register and now I don't have to worry about doing it!

Bought another mattress today and once again left overly impressed!!! Best service, very knowledgeable of what they were selling! We moved to the area about 2 years ago and have purchased everything with Stout! Karla is awesome! We were pretty sure when we went in at 430, they would not be able to deliver the king size mattress today, they close at 6, but to our GREAT pleasure, she said they would! Within a few minutes of leaving the store, they called and said they would be there in about 20 minutes. Sure enough, they were right on time. I recently called my favorite appliance repair business in Hurricane and he referred me to Stout Home Furnishing. I bought the best washer and dryer they had. It was delivered by two very young, but pleasant men.

Unfortunately neither of them had much experience in installing these appliances. They arrived without the necessary materials and had to go back to the store for an item they forgot. The dryer is off balance and the installer didn’t know how to fix it.

Also, they cross threaded the water supply line.

I’m waiting for a call today to see if a more experienced installer can...
