I went to acknowledge service I received from one of your employees who had gone above and beyond.
his name is Robbie my name is Sherry and I had gone into your store because I got the headlight bulb that needed to be changed in a 2008 Honda CR-V. I had gotten clip off but that's it. So at almost five I decided to reach out for help since it's getting dusk now.
I worked at it for a hour before seeking help. It was critical I get it changed since I was picking up 6 kids from baseball practice at dusk.
Driving without headlight with car full of kids is not only dangerous but unexceptable in my books.
I got the clip off and I was really struggling to get the light out simply because I've had both hands operated on in the last 90 days. I asked your employee who happens to be Robbie hey would you mind maybe just seeing if you could pull this out.
I had gone to another mechanics or another Auto store here in town and their response was will keep trying you'll eventually get it out however your employee went above and beyond without a shadow of a doubt jumped up and said sure let's go see what we can do it took him less than 10 minutes he was friendly very very helpful and I'm very very grateful you need to keep that employee around for quite a while
It's difficult to get extrodinary service from employees at times these days

I was riding on my Harley Through Zion when I had sheared a bolt in half on my rear suspension and I chose this auto zone to see if they had the parts and tools in store to be able to fix the bike and get back on the road. I called ahead and Paul the sales manager said âcome on in we can see what we can do to help!â When I arrived I was greated by Enoch and paul who both were ready to help with a smile on their faces and eager to get the job done. After a lot of different ideas and trial and error we were able to make it work and get back on the road. I was in their parking lot for well over an hour and paul constantly would check in and do anything and everything he could to help. Enoch had so many good ideas and was a very big help.    Read moreWe drove up from Rancho cucamonga, CA only to have our battery die in Hurricane, UT at our timeshare. We met with Andrew at Autozone and he gave us an excellent deal on a new battery. The next morning we drove into Zion National Park and once again our check battery light came on. We were faced with having to replace our alternator. The local shops want us to leave the car at their shop for the next 2 or 3 days while they order a new alternator. We were in trouble and stranded. I went back to Autozone...back to Andrew. Amazingly they had my alternator in stock. It was a miracle...then he empowered me to replace the alternator myself. He gave me online tutorials and said he would even walk me through the process after he got off work. Andrew saved our trip. 3 hours of easy wrench time and a substantial saving of not having to go to a mechanic made all the difference. I will forever be grateful to Andrew and the Autozone team in...
