This has to be the most RACIST store I have ever encountered. I went to this store (store number 624) with my friend today as we were in the mall. When we entered the store no one acknowledged us, not a "hello" "one minute and I'll be right with you" "may I help you with something", nothing, just ignored. I remained calmed as I was carrying a Michael Kors bag so clearly I can afford the brand. A few minutes went by, still no service to the two black women in the store. A middle eastern couple walked in and oh and behold customer service all of a sudden existed. A sales lady who name was Jasmine, walked right past my friend and I and immediately began to assist them. We walked up to her and asked her what her name is and she politely said "my name is jasmine". Well Jasmine, you had 2 black females in your store for 10 minutes that you willingly and happily ignored but the minute you saw a couple you almost broke your ankle to assist them. Is it because I'm black?? How can one not think that when the sales women that were there ALL chose to ignore and walk past us but bent over backwards to assist others. Read moreI walked into the Michael Kors store to return an item I had just received in the mail the day before. As soon as I mentioned it was a return, the associate immediately said, “This is going to mess up our numbers,” and questioned why I was returning the item since it "looked fine."
She then opened the box and told me she couldn’t return it because it looked like it had been worn—despite the fact that it was spotless, had the original stickers intact, and I had all the receipts and proof of delivery from the day before. She even asked a co-worker for backup, saying it looked used, which was simply not true. It felt like she just didn’t want to process a return to protect her sales numbers.
I asked if this was really how they treat customers, especially when I had proof that the item was brand new and just delivered. Only then, after some back and forth, did she reluctantly process the return.
I’ve never been treated like this in any store before. Very disappointing experience from a brand that’s supposed to value...

Which they do not carry in store the only reason they had it is because someone else had returned it there from an online purchase. Anyways I bought the wallet giving it to my husband as an early Christmas gifts! The card slots are too small for even his ID or debit cards to fit into it. So I wanted to return it only to find out that even when you pay cash anything over $100 has to have a check mailed to you which takes 4-6weeks!! Christmas is in 5days!!! Now we are stuck with a $130 wallet that is pretty much a waste because it can't be used for its intended purposes! I have called multiple Michael Kors stores none carry men's wallets. And the return policy is ridiculous when do you ever buy anything in this store for under $100????...
