Rally House Hurst — Local services in Hurst

Went in to make a simple exchange from a gift receipt. I presented the merchandise along with the gift receipt to the associate at the counter. The associate processed (in error) a full return for the original purchase to the original credit card. Unfortunately, the original purchaser was my best friend, and I did not have their credit card info. The associate told me their was nothing he could do without the original credit card despite being a gift purchase. At this point, manager on duty (Billy) steps in to provide zero additional value, but instead refers me to the Rally House "customer service number." I eventually made contact with the customer service representative, Kaitlyn, who could also not offer any resolution. I was told I needed to provide her with a return call number, and if I refused the call would be disconnected. I do not expect to be contacted, nor do I expect any amicable resolution to be offered. I have never felt less valued as a customer, and (based on my experience) I would never recommend that anyone I know do business with...

First time going to Rally House. Worst service ever. Manager looked right at me as I walked in, didn't say a word. Next customer got the "Hello, welcome to rally house". Every question was met with a short uninterested dismissive tone. On top of that I was looking for a specific size and there was very little in stock. The one item I did find that I wanted had a flaw and the manager wouldn't even give me a discount to make the sale, but instead took the item off the shelf to be marked down later I'm sure. Pretty poor service...

I looked everywhere to find Texas Souvenirs to send to my Friend and her Boys and Daughter in Australia. and I could not find anything !! I'm thinking this is crazy I was looking on line and came across Rally House at the Shops at N.E. Mall - just down the street form where I live - On the people who worked there were Amazing and So Helpful !! Top of the Line Customer Service !!!
