I had ordered a new watch band for my husband's favorite watch. The band was a bit too wide to fit the watch face he liked. I visited a couple other jewelry stores but was informed it could not be made to fit because the band contained gold decorations that made it "not do-able". My son said to take it to Bay's. I am glad I did! Not only did they make it work...they had it done on Monday (I dropped it off on Friday) but they did it for under $25! The husband and wife team at Bay's were so friendly! They will be my go-to jewelers...

This is the place to go for watch repairs. The owner is super knowledgeable and the customer service is outstanding. We brought in a 50 year old watch with sentimental value that a Wichita watch repair place damaged when replacing the battery (with a wrong size battery that damaged the gear. Unfortunately, the parts were no longer made, but Bay was kind enough to explain what the isssue was with our watch in great detail. In addition to watch repair, there are jewelry works on display for sale. Highly recommend...
