This place is okay but they definitely run this place like the navy. You know that thing you do when you forget you have something in your hand and you subconsciously put it in your pocket or bag? I did that with a pin i was initially gonna buy no problem.. until i was kicked out. I wanted to explain my situation but they shooed me out like a dog. I understand the initial suspicion, just.. not their unwillingness to listen. I complied just because i didn’t wanna come off as a karen and humiliate myself further. Couple that with the fact that i was already going to buy like $60 worth of stuff. Then they ended up calling mall security on me which is honestly a bit laughable for $1.25. Obviously i didn’t steal anything (nor did i even try to since it was something that started absent mindedly) so mall security couldn’t even do anything. The whole thing was really blown out of proportion, yet i was the one afraid of coming off as a karen. Just a personal preference of mine but i tend to avoid this place like the plague. Best prices anywhere, occasionally there is something I can't find that I would like to have, but generally they have most everything. Unload cart and bag your own. The way the store is arranged is unusual, bread products are in several different areas; goods like potato chips, tortilla chips are grouped together, but you turn around and there are condiments. To go find crackers and pretzels is another aisle. Crackers, pretzels, potato chips, tortilla chips should all be together down the same aisle. Same with Mexican foods, they are co-located with other specialty foods, but they have tomato sauce in the same aisle which doesn't make sense to me because the spaghetti noodles are an aisle over. Should move the chili and beans to where the tomato sauce is now. Colocate tomato sauce and noodles. Things like that. Not a big selection of dry dog food, would like to see all stores not even carry brands like Ol Roy, it's horrible dog food and it...

I hate Hot Topic after they shipped back my Harry Potter funko pop advent calendar. If someone pays for something, you hold it regardless of if it takes them 2 weeks to pick it up. Do not ship things to this store! They sell it off and make no attempt to contact you. They say they have no access to your contact info, but it is right on the slip. I’m sure one of their employees happily bought it and they don’t care that they made me cry. They can look up my name and number in their member info. They just don’t care about...
