JCPenney — Local services in Idaho Falls

I bought a robe with my reward points. I needed a different size and they didn’t have one. I talked to the clerk. ( Jessica). She was unbelievably rude. I used reward points worth $40.00. I asked her if I could exchange it for something else. And she said “ no, when you use rewards you need to make sure you buy what you want because rewards are not redeemable”. I told her I did buy what I wanted it was just the wrong size! I said since you don’t have another robe, I just loose my $40.00? And she says “ you only paid $1.52 for a robe.” She didn’t get the point that I would have had to pay $40.00. If I didn’t use my rewards!! It seems really ridiculous to me that I can’t exchange something for the same price. Another clerk came over and helped me find a different robe. Jessica was very rude and unprofessional. Why would you tell someone to make sure they buy something they really want if they use reward points?!! Maybe Jessica should get a job that doesn’t involve...

ATTENTION ANGIE!!!! I bought 3 pairs of diamond earrings which are beautiful. I had a problem with jcpenney.com. I called the store a few times even went in. After I called Jcpenney.com to resolve the issue like 5 times I was told to call the store. I called and spoke with a guy named Mike he said he was a manager. He told me he would call me back he took my number and After 3 days he never called back. I called again spoke with a woman named ANGIE she took all my info told me she gets off work at 5:30 and that if she didn't call me back she would the following day. She called me after her shift around 5:40 the same day. She was absolutely amazing she got everything figured out within 2 hours. Make sure to check your receipts! I really do love this store. More and more often, however, I find they have some very deceptive sales. Today I thought I had picked up 2 graphic tees for $30. The sign clearly said 2 for $30. The fine print said "regular price $20". So, I pick out two graphic tees that were in several of the piles on the table. They came up regular price. The associate then explains to me that because they were on the lower level of the table , and even though they were $20 and even though they were graphic tees, they were NOT the ones that the sign was referring to. Ummm....ok.

My son had a similar experience this week while trying to buy a dress shirt. He took it from a rack that had a sale sign on it but was then told that shirt wasn't included. I just feel like that's so deceptive! Make sure to check your receipts when...
