I wanted to address the more recent review (1yr) of an "indigenous woman" complaining about not getting to see jewelry. Ma'am, these are the kindest shopkeepers in Colorado. There can be a language and cultural barrier speaking with them since their culture is asiatic. Sometimes, a smile and patience go a long way. In addition, they spend looong hours and are often tired.
