Short version: Her $14 Italian sandwich had wilted lettuce, my $14 Reuben had MAYO(!!) on it instead of dressing.

Long version: I dropped her off to order and get a table while I looked for a place to park. I asked her over the phone if they had a Reuben, she said yes, I asked her to go ahead and order it.

We get our sandwiches, I say, "Oh, they forgot to put dressing on mine, I'll go ask for a side of it."

When I ask for the side of dressing for the Reuben, they're confused. I clarified, "Russian, French, Thousand Island, something like that." They tell me, "the closest thing we have is Italian." I just stood there confused for a second and told the guy, "nah don't worry about it, thanks."

Turns out it was right there on the menu: THEY MAKE THEIR REUBENS WITH MAYO. I'm all for fresh takes on food, but this doesn't qualify. If you're going to call a sandwich a Reuben, that name comes with a really specific expectation, and you should at least have a bottle of Russian dressing (or French, 1000 Island, etc.) somewhere on the premises.

And again, her Italian sandwich had wilted, brown-edged lettuce.

Look, I get it, it's a small town in Colorado, but you're charging big city prices, so (a.) use fresh veggies, and (b.) a Reuben is maybe the most famous deli sandwich in America and it means something really specific, it has like 3...

Came in, it was quite busy so we were very excited to try this place. We got here at 11:47 and it took almost 20 minutes of standing at the social distance tape before my mum decided to take the extra 2 steps forward as there was a line behind us in case they didn't see it form with how busy they were dealing with others orders. They finally took our order and we go to the pick up line. We stand there for a good amount of time and my mum can't remember if she had asked for our order to be "to go" so she politely asked the woman behind the pick up counter if we could have itShe asked for the name and they don't even have our order on their system. Mum goes back, stands in line and talks with the woman at check out about this. She asks a gentleman to look up our order who says our order went out an hour ago. They have to re enter the order into the system before attempting the whole process over having to make those orders who came after us in order to get back to our order in the new que. We didn't get our food till 12:54. The staff was super polite and amazing about everything. But this was just ridiculous. Not a 1 star simply for...

Service was great & the guy working was very nice and did a good job, food was ok, price was criminal. I found this place online and they didn’t post any prices so I thought it would be reasonable. I paid $32 for 2 ok sandwiches (the ingredients they use are sub par, like boxed guac when they say avocado) + a $4 tip. $36 total. Jeez.

In response to the google review reply, that’s a nice way of saying you guys don’t want to pay your employees more and rely on customers paying more for product. I work at a shop in Frisco Colorado where prices for everything are expensive and you can still get a coffee and sandwich (with real avocados like we advertise, not some dark green slime from a box) for less than $20. And we still get paid well. I’m sick of companies lying about prices so they don’t have to pay their employees more out of pocket. Please change your item descriptions to “premade guacamole” instead of avocados so more people aren’t disappointed. I threw out the other half of my sandwich when I left because I didn’t want to be rude to the very nice man who made it for me. Waste...

Ordered a Bros Turkey sandwich and was extremely disappointed. I had high expectations because every time I ate in town it was very good. I got my order to go. It was during COVID. The sandwich was tasteless. 1st off it only had about 2 slices of turkey. I have never had a deli sandwich which only had about 2 slices of meat. It also had about 2 slices of cheddar cheese. It had some kind of mayo on it but, that didn't really taste right. I understand that we are in difficult times and getting vine ripped tomatoes ( as stated ) could be hard but the tomatoes were pretty bad. I will say the bread was very good. Pretty pricey and not worth the cost at all. The counter help was nice. I was there early around 11:15am and it wasn't crowded ( Monday). Service was a little slow but I think they were just getting things in order. The place looked clean.

I ordered a grilled cheese off the kids menu. The menu states Tillamook Cheese for this sandwich, which was not the case- infact a 'smoked' cheese was used (i don't like smoke flavor) and no oil/butter was used on the bread to grill it. The cheese was barely melted inside and burnt on the outside (all these comments are noticeable in pic). I had to ask for my sides... a pickle (which again, see pic- was literally mushy & slimy), a warm honest lemonade and the only good thing was a sample cup of applesauce. They were quite busy, as were all businesses on main street- however note, it took 15 minutes for my order. 👎 Please note, just a couple years ago I frequented 2Brothers alot (anyone remember Alda?).... and I've heard from locals the service & food have gone down hill... well, I can back the locals- blah.
