Very disappointed in this place!!!!!!The woman who is at the front I also believe is the owner offered a jumper chairs tables and a generator for a price one month later she message my friend not even me but my friend telling her that she lost my receipt and that I needed to come in right away and pick up the piñata which was supposed to be RED ( she made it green). I didn’t complain I came in and brought my receipt and then the woman tries to charge me extra money for a permit which she already knew that I didn’t need then she tries to charge me extra money for a generator which she was supposed to be providing for free. she saw me and thought she could get extra money out of me so she went ahead and said well then I can just cancel... so what did I do? I went ahead and I just canceled. I’m not going to be a sucker for somebody like her! I rented here for a baby shower and the owner seemed nice from the beginning then once the day of the event came she was extremely unprofessional I had to go several times to the store because she forgot the supplies she promised. Also rented runners to others she had promised to have for my event she's unorganized the table cloths were stained and chairs and tables were in bad condition rusty and old the baby shower chair was broken and dangerous for any pregnant women to sit on she then promised to refund me 200 then dropped down to 100 to show up and try to only give me 60 then to get unprofessional and loud never again will we recommend or do business. Horrible service. I tried to call them, and they hung up on me twice before I could even say what I needed. I started yelling the 3rd time i called to get their attention, and that's when she (the person who answered) cussed at me! Horrible attitude and horrible customer service will get you nowhere. I'm not begging a business to give them my money. Whomever the owner of this place is, needs to seriously have a talk with that person who answered the phone.
