RESPONSE TO OWNER: you advertise as a dollar day, it wasn’t. A lot of things weren’t labeled as they were supposed to. And I put things back because the quality of the items was worth exactly what they’re being sold for. I can easily just get them for close to that price elsewhere, why would I go to such an unorganised place, to dig through millions of items, to find thing I actually do want, when I can just go to a store and see them all lined neatly? The quality of the items was what you sell them for, which made it not worth the visit for me. Hope that clears things up! I’d been glad to pay what you asked, had I not been forced to dig through a ton of literal junk to find “treasure”. Also, my review is largely based on how RUDE you were! Thank you very much. You acted like a total cee u next Tuesday, as if it was a total bother to respond to any questions. It was literally my first time EVER going to such a place, and thanks to this experience, I haven’t been to another of such stores. I went because a friend recommended I visit a bin store, I’d never even heard of this before! So I went. And never again! My profile isn’t private, it’s not set up, dura. Nobody’s leaving fake reviews, I’ve left hundreds of REAL reviews for other businesses, both positive and negative, I review honestly. Sorry that you can’t pay for a review lol I know Google allows that, I’ll be sure to review you on Yelp as well. Your response shows exactly what kind of people run this business so thanks so much for showing even more attitude and showing the world who you truly are! Very helpful to those who don’t want to deal with such nonsense!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I went based on positive reviews but was disappointed, not because the products weren’t worth it (a lot of them are 50% cheaper then brand new BUT considering many are in iffy looking condition, idk if I’d quite consider them a steal) but because the lady who checked us out was very rude and was making up prices on the spot. I asked about what today’s box items are priced at and she wasn’t clear and gave me attitude because I was confused at her wording. The person with me also said she was pulling prices out of her rear end on the spot so it was pretty obvious not only to me but others as well.

I won’t come back.

Also, some items are only like $10 off regular prices and some are even full price (underwear pack that’s been opened $7, same as Walmart; empty spray bottle $2 - same as any other store; grain cooker - $20 ($30 at Walmart AND comes with a warranty), men’s underwear (supposed to be) 4 pk (opened, some missing) - $7, same as in store; a small vase - $7 (same as Ross or alike); ladies’ hats - $5 ($8 at WM), water bottles - $12-22 (same brand just different color. They’re around $10 at Burlington ffs). So, not that big of a discount considering the condition of items and that they buy this stuff for pennies on the dollar.

But the main reason I wouldn’t come back was the rudeness of the lady who checked us out. Not only did we have to wait around til she showed up at the register but she wasn’t helpful, had an attitude, was being sarcastic and made up whatever price she felt we’d be willing to pay. Also, she loudly yelled at another customer who was confused by the layout of the store and wound up in “employee only area” (which wasn’t labeled or separated by anything, it looked like the rest of the warehouse). This is a true hidden gem!!! ♥️ My grandpa wanted coffee so we decided to come here since my cousins posted about the beautiful drinks she got. Im not a coffee person but The pistachio lattes tasted amazing with crushed pistachios on top 😋. The owners are so nice and welcoming 🙏 saying how they make thier coffee with the right temp and asked us like what do we feel like drinking. The Rose latte 🌹samples was sooo goood my grandpa even loved it. Everything about this place has great deals and the menu has some beautiful items 👌 😍. We will be coming back for more...
