Here is my honest review/experience!

I spent the past few days hunting around trying to find jumping spiders. I'm new to this type of pet scene. I ended up finding a place and had a weird experience. I didn't feel confident with myself with the knowledge given to me to care for these 2 little spiders I got. I'm a bit old school and prefer in person knowledge rather than being on the phone looking stuff up. After going through a couple other pet shops and still not feeling happy I found Brittany's shop on here. Gave her a call to see if she had knowledge on my spiders and she told me to come on down! She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and didn't judge me on my lack of knowledge so I appreciate that. Her shop is hands down one of the nicest reptile stores I've been in. Extremely well stocked, organized, CLEAN, and didn't have the smell lots of shops do. She even had a ton of great things to say and recommendation for another reptile store closer to me. As someone who has ran/owned a small business that really shows a lot about their character ! Even though I am in east county I will glady make the drive up there for any supplies or questions I need or...

Awesome shop!! Family owned and operated and the atmosphere to match. The shop itself is clean , organized and well put together. The animals and enclosures are clean and very well kept, and the place seems to lack the foul odors that alot of shops have 🤮. Brittany the owner is not only extremely knowledgeable and personable but also willing to take the time to share it and be sure you are confident with your new critter before you even leave her shop. Nothing but great things to say about this place. My dream reptile has been a b&w tegu baby but have been unable to source one locally. Kept getting try back in 6 months ....or you can just order one online blah blah . I asked just out of curiosity and she replied "let me check the list of whats available give me a minute". Her supplier not only happened to have them but also had pictures and I was able to pick the one I wanted!! Nothing but the best from here. The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. Service is always excellent with friendly knowledgeable staff. The place is always neat and organized. I had a wonderful conversation with the owner regarding my tarantula and was impressed and also humbled to learn I have been using the incorrect substrate for my pet (who I love even though most fear spiders). Wanting the best for my pet, I was shown an alternative that was available there in store; and as soon as I replaced the substrate, my spider was absolutely happier!!!! It can be hard to hear a new opinion, but the owner approached it from a friendly perspective!!! At the very least I will be a dedicated customer simply for the fact that the owner really does care, and that is...
