Very poor customer service. My son tried to return something and the lady just stood there telling me she didn't know what to do and I had to come back. After explaining that I had to leave State for a funeral she continued to just stand there and tell me she doesn't know. There is 2 problems here 1 this place needs to teach there employees how to do everything before they leave them there alone and they need to learn how to have good customer service. My son spends tons of money at that place and if I do by chance get back from out of state before the 14 days we will go up there for the return and never go back again. Very unprofessional and horrible customer...

I have no idea why this place has such a high rating on here when all the merchandise they sell is pretty blatant bootlegs. Nonsense like 'Tattoo Goku', all of their fake nendoroids pretty clearly lacking the Goodsmile Company logo on them and the fact that they're falling apart in the box. I didn't look at the plushies too hard, but I can guarantee that those and the weapons are very likely to also be bootlegs.

Do not shop here unless you want to purchase low quality knockoffs. Don't even know how this store is even allowed...

We arrived from out of town and wanted to see what this mall had to offer. We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the store, the products they had, and the customer service. Ended up purchasing a Chinese handheld fan, and several knives. The quality of the items was decent, and the man behind the counter (white gentleman) was VERY polite and helpful. I even thanked him for his great customer service, it was refreshing. Stop in if your looking for some suvenirs or just some nic nac type stuff....
