the employees here are way too pushy and confrontational. i was practically chased out of the store by multiple staff members. the second i walked in i was bombarded by an employee asking why i came in and why im walking so fast because ive “ passed half the store already, where are you going?” and i just wanted to look at a specific perfume for my boyfriend. he made me come with him to the colognes and wouldnt leave me alone. i felt so uncomfortable i just ended up walking out and him and two other staff members literally YELLED at me “you’re leaving already?” “that was fast!” “where are you going?” super uncomfortable i just wanted to shop. pleaae leave people alone- this wasnt helpful at all i felt harassed...

Staff is always super friendly. Very clean environment. Selection of clothing is ok. I've noticed when shopping with friends or shopping for my husband, bigger sizes are more hard to come by. I do wish they had more selection. I'm giving it 4 stars because of the overwhelming sales men and woman. Although they are helpful, they are very pushy to get you to purchase things. Even after just saying you'd like to look around, they will still bring you multiple items and continue to ask what you're looking for. This may not be an issue for some but for someone like me, it's hard for me to tell someone no or I'm not interested because I feel I'm being rude. Other than that, it's...

I buy probably 90 percent of my stuff at The Buckle. My watches, wallets, bracelets, cologne, belts, socks, underwear, some shoes, coats, jeans shirts etc. needless to say, I am there a lot. I formed a relationship with some of their employees before moving out of state. I was hesitant to visit the one here because I knew it just wasn’t going to be the same. I was so wrong.
