As an alumni of West Pinellas/Indian Rocks Beach Little League i am proud to say that back in the day, the teams were Indian tribes and in 1993 as a member of the defending Champion Sioux, We went and got ourselves two in a row and even though I only got one of those, I cherish the memory of Thursday May 27th 1993 because on that night, the Sioux defeated the Indians 4-2 in Game 2 of the Best of three series to sweep the Indians and at that moment, we were forever CHAMPIONS, destined to walk together forever and im proud to be a part of the Championship history of the hallowed ground that is Camp Along.
