Located smack dab in the middle of the narrowest stretch of Barrier Reef Island, Tiki Gardens Park pays homage to the legendary Tiki Gardens Polynesian Village. The Village had monkeys, peacocks roaming the grounds, restaurants, lounges, gift shops, and plenty of Kodak moments. The Indian Rocks Beach Museum has a display with some memorabilia, and replicas of the Tiki sculptures. The IRB Museum is located directly across the street from the Post Office ( behind the Original Crabby Bill's ). When planning for a relaxing day on the beach, if you're on vacation or a local, and you're driving, make sure to get a parking spot early - especially on the weekends. The Tiki Gardens Parking Lot is on the Intracoastal side of Gulf Blvd, and it fills quickly. Plan on arriving before 7 AM, get a secure spot, and then you and your family can enjoy a day of fun on the soft sands of charming Indian Shores Beach! If you're going solo, or as a couple, and prefer to "travel light", your best bet is to simply buy a $5.00 Day Pass on the Suncoast Beach Trolley. It's only $5.00 per person, and you can ride ALL...

This review is for the parking lot itself. This is a very great place to park as it is used by locals however with all the weekend rentals that have popped up a lot more people have been made aware of this local gem. Now here is why I am only giving 2 stars.... After I spent the 2 hours I paid for in the parking machine my group decided to stay another hour so a few of us walked across the street to add an hour. When we walked around the bathrooms the line to the only parking machine was wrapped around the sidewalk past the building to the bathrooms! Needless to say since we would have waited an hour just in line our entire group packed up and left the beach. My suggestion to the city would be to update the software that way people have options to add time. I received a text message as a receipt for my paid parking why can't that text message have a link to pay to add time? Why not have a QR code to scan and pay or at the very minimum get another...

It used to be a beautiful place now it is HORRIBLE! I have been going to this beach for over 20 years. It's only 10 min from home. Loud music, dogs, alcohol drinking, and grilling! EVEN IF THERE IS A SIGN THAT SAYS ALL THE ABOVE IT IS NOT PERMITTED!!!! WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE THAT BELIEVE THEY OWN THE PLACE WITH THE HUGE GAZEBOS AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE BEACH!!! Something has to be done! They are ruining our beaches, leaving trash behind! Authorities: If I don't pay for the parking, I get a fine. BUT THOSE VISITORS ( EVERY WEEKEND SAME PEOPLE) ARE NOT FINED FOR BREAKING THE LAW!!!! Luckily, there are other beaches .... Hopefully, these people won't find them! ( My prior review was 5 stars, and it was time to show that now it's...

Hello friends, itโ€™s my wife birthday today so I decided to take out for a beautiful Sunset experience at Tiki Gardens Indian Shores. She had a wonderful time. The beach is beautiful, clean, and very long to walk for those who love to walk beaches with their loved ones, families, friends, and of course pets. So why 4 stars? Well is because of parking! Do to the location and resort area the county charges $2.50 an hour for park, but those who are handicap can park for free! $2.50 can add up quickly while having fun. Beach is free to get in. I added a couple of pictures and a video of me wishing my wife Gigi happy birthday lol. This location is high traffic and lots of resort activities going on. Lots of restaurants, bars, services.

Finding parking spot in any public access along Indian Rocks Beach was more like a treasure hunt, so save your time to check point to point which mostly has limited spots (usually with no rest room available) and go here instead for spacious parking lot. I think $2.5 an hour is fair as restroom, showers and pedestrian crossing light to the beach are provided. Another peace of mind. Going to the beach should be hassle free, shouldn't it?

Large parking lot with a short walk across the street to beach access. Beach access is paved until you arrive at the bridge crossing. Showers and restrooms are available. Beautiful white sand stretch of beach. Clear water today. If you're driving to the beach, I'd recommend this spot because the walk is short and the beach is clean and beautiful. We will be back! I
