Gilma's is literally THEE BEST! My daughter and I been almost all over Indianapolis to different Bridal/Prom Shops to find her a dress for prom. Today we decided to stop at Gilma's and as soon as we walked in the owner looked at my daughter and knew exactly what size she was and helped us find 4 perfect dresses. We were both in shock. All the dresses fit my daughter like a glove which was surprising because my daughter has a small waist and big butt so that makes it even harder to find something that fits right. The prices are also reasonable. The shoulders were a little loose but she also does alterations which she said would only take no more than a week. The only problem we had was choosing which dress we liked better because all of them were Beautiful. So, please if you're looking for something for Prom or even a wedding you must...

The ladys(I never got their names) in here were so nice as soon as I walked in, she helped me find the colors I was looking for and she even called in one of the other lady’s for me because her English wasn’t as good, and as soon as the other lady walked in her energy was so positive and she made me feel so pretty(I had been trying on dresses so I had a dress on) she led me to another dress and I found the one, it took me less than 30 minutes to find my dress, they didn’t have the one I wanted in my color so she called and got another color for me, she even let me know if anyone from my school got a dress I wanted so we wouldn’t have the same dress, the store is so beautiful and the customer service is top tier, I’d recommend this shop for everyone if you’re looking for a prom dress, my overall experience was a 20/10,...

My daughter had came 🛣️ to Indy to find a prom dress, 🙏🏾 on a time crunch,⏳our biggest issue was that she is considered plus size. Big girls need dresses too!👗 😂 We went to so many stores on both the East and West side of Indy. 🏬 She looked one last time on Google 📱 and Gilma's shop popped up. So we tried it.
