I was desperately seeking out a particular item and found that it was in stock at only one store hundreds of miles away from me. I reached out just to shoot my shot and the customer service person from this store (Ann) responded to me quickly and kindly and helped me secure the exact item I wanted. Do not go to this the store!! The manger is Rude and disrespectful. We bought a pair Patos Sandals and after wearing them twice the front leather cracked. Per the online reviews this seems to be a problem with them. I've seen shoes from Payless hold up better! We called customer services and they said to take them back and we could exchange them. Apon arriving at the store they got the manager who said we could not exchange them because it wasn't a defect. She then proceeds to lecture my wife about wearing shoes like she was 12!! My advice is you must buy this brand...

I will not purchase from them again. I had a style of shoe that caused my foot to bleed. They will not return anything at their store. After going through all their hoops, I have yet to receive the gift card I was promised, and after over two months they still have my shoes. If their shoes cause your foot to blister after wearing them for 1 hour, they should honor a return. Especially after I was told from corporate this is a problem with this particular shoe!! Very poor customer service, I will not purchase...
