After months of searching, I came across a grail item via a Google search that they listed. I purchased it, and, unfortunately, there was a mix up with what got delivered - I got someone else’s hat and they got mine. Aaron worked with me to return the hat. The other buyer initially wasn’t responsive, but Aaron reached out a couple of times and they finally returned it and it safely made its way to me. I ordered some stuff from them on their website, it got lost or something happened, I never got them. I communicated this to them as an avid shopper and supporter of them. They never gave me any kind of refund or something back, literally nothing. So I literally threw almost $200 down the drain. Stopped supporting them since. Great Nostalgic Shop with a large variety of 80s and mostly 90s apparel. I have shopped, sold, and traded a few times each here and it was a pleasant experience every time. Selling/Trading prices are more than fair and the prices for purchasing are also extremely good. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. I recommend stopping in and taking a look around.
