I had an amazing experience at this T-Mobile Authorized Retailer! Aisha Barre, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of from start to finish. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right plan and device for my needs.

The rest of the team was just as impressive—knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. The environment in the store felt more like a family working together than just a team doing a job. You could really feel the positive energy and teamwork, which made the entire experience even better.

Horrible customer service ..worker Dru talked entirely too much personal info says he came from Sprint don't like tmobile he is store manager started waiting on me constantly complaining then suddenly left the room I thought he was going to get my phone..no phone he came back and started waiting on another customer even tho she was being waited on by someone else no explanation to me until I interrupted and asked what is the problem he explains the computers down and I have to come back tomorrow. Total waste of my hour could have been avoided just by explaining first off instead talking about who gets the commision... I could go on but I feel so frustrated needles to say TERRIBLE customer service...

Called this location to see if they had a iPhone 13. The woman on the phone replied yes a pink one and we were on our way. As we pull up to the door the lights are off and a woman was locking the door,mind you it has been 10 minutes since the phone call ended and it was 4:30 in the afternoon on a Friday. So we call back to the store and tell her we are the ones that called she said she was told to lock the door and close because of short staffed there was no afternoon shift coming in.
