RH Outlet Indianapolis — Local services in Indianapolis

Very nice store (looks like a new retail store vs an outlet) but the prices aren't that great. For example, I was told most of the items are 50% off retail. I paid (at the outlet) $2330 for a dining table that retailed for $4660. However, on RH's website, the table was on sale for $2419 for RH members ($200 annual fee to be a member). In addition RH members get 20% off sale prices. So, if I had purchased this same table brand new, I would have paid the sale price of $2419+$200 RH membership+$300 shipping, but then after the 20% additional discount for sales (for members) my price would have been $2435 compared to the "outlet" price of $2330. So, not really sure that a true outlet, but it is nice to have this option in Indy if you want a cash and...

I recently purchased a dining room table from the RH outlet and had an exceptional experience. Miguel, the sales manager, was extremely knowledgeable about the product and very professional throughout the entire process. After making my purchase, Miguel offered to help coordinate delivery options. I secured a rental truck and returned about an hour later. Miguel had the table securely wrapped for transport and even helped me lift it into my truck. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will certainly be back....
