Greg S did a great job and he deserves 5 stars. He was patient and helped me reduce my T-Mobile bill after T-Mobile turned itself into another greedy large corporation fleecing its customers. Greg S is way too good to work at T-Mobile. He cares about customers and goes out of his way to find solutions and be helpful. If you stop in see him. T-Mobile the large greedy corporation should get one star. The service is adequate but not stellar and it use to be that you could count on them to not raise your rate which made up for the lackluster reception and call dropping while traveling. Greg delivered a solid customer experience. He had a no-pressure approach and communicated very clearly. We upgraded 2 phones and he explained all of the upgrade fees in detail so there wouldn't be any surprises. It's hard to find such high-quality salespeople in mobile phones and Greg stands out as one of the best.
