Very helpful to start with switching phones from sprint phones to the mobile phones. Was told that I was being given one free extra line ( I'll ready have 3 and don't need more). I came into store because I was told that I needed to get 5G phone by Jan 2022. With a free line i gave it to my dtr when she comes to the country. She already had a phone. All was well. I call up T mobile with a phone issue and they want to upgrade 2 phones that were I phones. Only my dtr has an I phone and there were 2 numbers. One was my dtrs and I was not able to identify. I went back to store today and the female manager with 5 yrs experience had and attitude that was not the sort that ddeescalates the situation.She is young with poor tolerance and poor customer skills other than selling. The trainee girl had more people skills. I left the store with no resolution. It was my problem and everything stayed as is. It apparently was not explained we that I was receiving 2 lines because that was not something I needed or wanted. My bill was 20 dollars greater. I have since had it taken care of at T-Mobile. Since I'd just purchased another iphone 16 days ago, I asked if they could apply that offer to me. I was told I had to ask the store that sold me that phone, because I was TWO DAYS past the 14 day return policy that no one had told me about. I called this store, and Aaron (assistant mgr) absolutely refused to allow the return, which would have been a kind gesture. It was 48 hours, for crying out loud. He was adamant about his "policy," saying he didn't have the authority to make an exception. When asked to speak to his superior, he told me there was no one above him. I asked to speak with "Jordan," the gentleman who'd sold me the phone, and Aaron told me there wasn't, nor had there ever been, a Jordan at that store. My son and I know differently, but Aaron dismissed me because he was with a customer. I've been a Sprint customer for longer than he's been alive, and I'll never set foot in that store again. Well, not only did I stay with T Mobile I purchased a new phone and several other accessories thanks to the thoroughness, dedication, clarity, and patience from Brian, Dudley, and Brian. They were phenomenal! Seriously, one of my best experiences ever at a retail store. All three of these representatives have helped me on different occasions within a week span and their ability to explain and compare products, save money on plans, get me set-up and assist and help with things I didn't know I needed help with until they brought it to my attention.
