I wish I could give them a zero. Steve not sure if he's manager or not, however they messed up and delivered the wrong box spring, said they would be back in the morning. As of noon the box spring hadn't arrive and no one called. I called the store where Steve tried to fast talk to me. Every time I asked a question he rudely interrupted me. I asked for a time he said he couldn't tell me. We were the last delivery of the day Friday night so we most definitely should have been the first delivery. Steve wasn't apologetic for the inconvenience and than had the nerve to raise his voice and continue to over talk me. By that point I'm irritate and we basically begin to yell back and forth at each other. I was very disgruntled because not one time did he apology just kept making excuses blaming the delivery people. A good manager would have said ma'am let me call to get you a estimate time. at this point I believe he was already frustrated and took it out on me. Your 3rd party vendor or whoever made a mistake you fix it don't place blame on YOUR third party vendor. Apology and move on. Don't yell and disrespect the customer STEVE!!!

Read more8/2/19 @ 4pm.. walked into the store and was greeted by the manager.. I walked around for a bit and then I heard the manager and employee talking loudly. Manager just tearing into employee about how they should greet customers and how the last guy that did it wrong was fired. On and on they went, like no one was there. Finally, I hear the employee say "why are you treating me like some drug addict". More conversation, he berates her more. She grabs her bag and says I will be back later for my things and my money. The manager, played it cool and said, sure no problem, itll be here. I laughed and walked around asking question about furniture, but the guy had no real intention of helping me. Possibly cause I was in my gym clothes and he assumed I wasn't looking for anything. Even though I'm looking for a lot. Anyway, the manager was super unprofessional and just overall a *. I leave the store and as the only customer, he follows behind, jumps in his jeep and speeds away.
