Three Dog Bakery — Local services in Indianapolis

Great shop and we have been coming for years but just wanted to share a reminder to please ask before giving the pups a treat while visiting the store. Anyone working at the store should be trained on this. Last time I got a bakery item from here, my dog was so sick I had to take him to the ER and it cost over $1600. The woman who gave my pup a treat was very kind but already fed the treat to him before I could say anything. She was only trying to be nice so I felt bad, but I wish I would’ve spoken out or that she would have asked first because some of the treats are very rich and made my pup horribly sick last time. Great place for pet owners that want to pamper their dogs/cats. We went there to get a birthday cake for our puppy when she turned 1. The cake looked great and she loved it. It looked so good that when we gave a piece to our neighbors for their dog, one of them almost ate it because it looked like a normal piece of cake. Been going back to pick up occasional special treats. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a bit pricey compared to big pet store chains, but similar to specialty fees stores. I'd just love to scream thank you a million times but I'll try one big thank you here! I have always gotten my dog's birthday cakes from here. This year he is turning 4 and we were doing a pawty...not only did they do his cake but they executed his custom birthday cookies to his theme amazingly! The staff was attentive and really wanted to do a great job...and they did!!!! If you want to do something extra special for the bestest friend you'll ever have...definitely...
