Didn't catch the tall Asian guys name with glasses but if you hate your job that badly then quit or don't deal with customers.
My daughters strawberry and cream drink was literally water with a splash of ice and strawberry and that's being generous. When I first took the drink from the drive thru girl she even knew it was messed up since she slammed the window after handing me my drink and i looked at her like what is this? I walked in and no one bothered to even help then the one person who did help (Asian guy) must of seen the drink in my hand and started the interaction off rude as hell. I had a picture of the drink on my phone because i thought i ordered the wrong drink so i showed him the picture confirming that this was the correct drink. After he complained to the whole crew about how my kids strawberry and cream drink was messed up and after the whole crew was done laughing they finally gave me a drink that was good.
It's kind of bad when after we walk out my 9 yr old asks why they were so rude and laughing at us.
Next time I hope my husband is with me and hopefully someone of importance sees this and trys to correct their weak trained Employee(s) because after reading negative reviews it just seems like they have the typical "im sorry go complain at this site" for every bad review (dont show you care too much now you already have our money). So I drove all the way back and asked for the drink to be replaced. When I told them what happened they questioned me and asked what exactly was floating in my drink. After examining the drink, they agreed to replace it with a new one. I left and went to dinner on the other side of town. When I went to pay I realized Starbucks never gave back my card. When I called Starbucks to ask if they had my card they said yes. I told them this would be my third trip there after the bug in my drink. The reply I got was for me to come pick up my card...not sorry or any offer to do something for me. Just, come get your card. What a joke of a crew they have working there. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI live in a different state and my Starbucks account was hacked. This Starbucks is where all the money on my Starbucks account was spent. The money ended up being spent within a matter of minutes ($150.00 each purchase). Then whomever was doing this took out as much money as possible from my linked card on my Starbucks account until the bank realized it was a fraudulent. The bank put a hold on the account so no more money was taken out. But I am not sure how this could happen in the store without the staff thinking something is up. Originally my account said it was online purchases but I just looked back at the history and this Starbucks was now listed as the location of the purchases. This all happened on November 16th. I did some research to see if this has happened before and I guess Starbucks app has had security issues for awhile now. Starbucks made it right by refunding all my money but I think they should be investigating...
