Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Inglewood

I went there for the first time this morning and because the doors were unlocked I walked in. A young lady at the counter filling bags said something, which I assumed was good morning. I was wrong, she said we're not open yet. My fault, it was only 9:25 but again, the doors were open. I went back outside waited at the front of the door and finally around 10:35 - 10:40 a young man came out and we went in. I waited at the front of the counter and they could clearly see I was first in line. We continued to wait. At no point did any of the seven or eight workers in there say to any of us, which was eight people at this time including me, "we will be with you in a minute" or "we'll be right with you", NOTHING!

Finally one young lady finished talking to her male co-worker, looks at me and said "you have to get in line, you weren't in line". She also mumbled something about me coming in from outside. I was obviously in line, I was obviously waiting to order, and they obviously didn't give a damn. So I left and won't be back. I definitely won't recommend this place to anybody. There is no consideration for the customer but at least they got to talk and laugh with each other...

I came to the store to grab a quick meal but couldn’t receive that. I ordered my food and the prep that was making my bowl which was a pink haired lady and another with piercings on her face had an attitude towards me since the beginning. Even before I ordered she was distracted from the previous customers conversation in line with another customer. I greeted her which I received no response to. I proceeded to order and before she could let me finish she was already pushing to the next option. I asked for extra which I did not receive non of. I do not mind not having the product but I do mind the disrespect when asking for more rice. It’s not my fault she had a bad day and I understand but for me to simply ask for what I clearly am paying for and did not receive the full amount i atleast expect some respect than ignoring me and shaking her head. Very dirty, trash everywhere, floors were sticky and dirty, most product was unavailable, very unsanitary and unprofessional.The lady with piercings on her face and the pink hair women were the main problems. ⭐ 1 Star Review Title: Extremely Disappointing and Unsafe Experience

This is by far one of the worst Chipotle locations I’ve ever been to. I ordered through Uber Eats in the daytime, and the food was absolutely unacceptable. The meat was undercooked visibly raw and completely unseasoned. It made me sick shortly after eating it. I paid extra for double meat, yet the portion was noticeably short, which makes it even worse considering the quality.

The chips were soaked in grease and tasted stale, like they had been sitting for hours. I’ve had Chipotle in many places, and I thought the ones near my old neighborhood were bad, but this one truly tops the list. The lack of care and food safety at this location is alarming it honestly feels like the kind of place that could trigger another foodborne illness outbreak.

For the safety of customers, this location needs to be investigated immediately. Whoever manages or oversees food prep here should be retrained or replaced. What I received was not just disappointing it was a...
