323 Hibatchi is hands down the best hibachi food truck l've found in LA. The prices are very reasonable, and the quality of the food is fantastic. I've had hibachi from other places where the meat ends up dry, but not here. The chicken is always juicy, the steak is tender, and the seafood is perfectly cooked. The portions are generous, and everything from the fresh veggies to the perfectly cooked rice is top-notch. The chefs are skilled and friendly, making the whole experience enjoyable. If you're in LA and looking for a good hibachi spot, definitely check out 323 Hibatchi. You won't be...
