This store and its employees are outstanding! I first signed up here shortly after they opened 8-10 years ago. Since then I have added 2 people to my plan and have never had an increase in monthly cost or change to service. The service is outstanding over wi-fi or cell. I have changed phones at least 3-4 times to upgrade and every time the employees were happy to assist me. Yesterday, 07-03-24 I went here as my Motorola flip froze and would not respond to anything. It was only 7 months old and unfortunately I purchased it directly from Motorola and not Metro as they didn't offer them at the time. I was stuck without calls, without texts, etc and couldn't wait a week to send it and not have a phone from Motorola. I was assisted by a man named Christopher. He was outstanding! He tried to get my phone to work however it was to no avail so he set me up with a new Revl and got everything transferred over so I lost nothing. Not only was he patient and kind and helpful but while he was assisting me he also assisted 3 other people who came into the store while things were loading, downloading, etc. He was the only person in the store working and to just say I was impressed is not enough. Read moreI have been a customer of Metro for sometime now. I was treated poorly at the Inverness store by a manager named Chris. He was rude and did not resolve the problem. So the next day, I drove to the Homossassa store and was taken care of by a woman Morgan. She stayed after closing time 7:07 pm on a weekend to bring a resolution and fix the problem. What a difference in manager skills and customer service! Thank you Morgan. It is worth the expense of time and gasoline to be treated like you matter and that your business is appreciated. He came flying out the door telling me to get the F off his propterty I have the whole thing recorded. Refused to give me the GM number. Well, it has been reported. Went to metro in Beverly hills showed them the video and they could not believe. The reason i asked to speak to a manager was not only the way i was being spoke to but also because they wanted to charge me $75 a phone.
