Kohl's — Local services in Irmo

My fiance and I had the most wonderful experience dealing with Mr. Dylan and his associates. We came in to Kohl's this past summer to look at some suits and other attire for our wedding in December. Dylan was extremely helpful in placing us with the best suit for our wedding party. His associates also went the extra mile to ensure the quality of customer service was handled appropriately. This is by far the best customer service I have ever received from any department store. We attempted other department stores in the midlands before walking into Kohl's on Harbison and none of the stores compared. This store will have my full business going forward and I will also be recommending this store to anyone for anything. Clicked store curbside pick up text and waited in pick up spot. After 10 minutes wait, went inside which I wanted to avoid during covid. They first repeatedly claimed my order had already been picked up!! Then claimed it hadnt arrived! Really...which false excuse is it!!?? I wouldnt have a store pick up text and email saying my order was ready, if it wasn't. Magically, they suddenly find my order after mgr goes back to dept. I'm sure, it's cuz their thief employee had no choice but to "find" it!! The pick up tag was already torn away. ID and bar code from customer are supposed to be checked before tag is removed! I'm 1000% sure an employee attempted to steal my order. They know whats in the pkg. I was given some bonus bucks for my inconvenience...like I'd ever want to shop...

The store was clean and the employees were really helpful and nice. On this trip I was shopping for school clothes. They had a really nice selection of Adidas, Nike, and Under Amour suits and clothes for boys. The clothes were all in order and hanging in the right places. The boys shoes left a little more to be desired. The selection was small for the youth sizes but the small selection did have shoes that my boys really liked. However we were not able to find the sizes that we needed. One thing I did really like about the shoe department was that the shoe on display has a price tag with a shoe # or box # on it and that coincidences with the box.
